Privacy Policy

Short version: you don't need an account, and your location never leaves your phone. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used and Google AdSense to show ads that keep it free. Both use cookies, and we ask before setting them.

What we collect

• No accounts. Visitors don't sign up, so we hold no names, emails or passwords.
• Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our server records each request: IP address, date and time, the page asked for, and your browser type. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
• Your searches and filters are sent to our server to find matching clubs. They are not linked to you and are not stored beyond the server logs above.
• Usage statistics and ads through Google Analytics and Google AdSense, described below.

Your location

If you tap the "locate me" button, your browser asks for permission and then shows your position on the map. This happens only on your device: your location is not sent to us, to Google Analytics or to advertisers. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your browser settings.

Google Analytics (statistics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages and clubs are viewed, which filters are popular, roughly where visitors are (country/city), and what device and browser they use. This helps us decide what to improve.

• Google Analytics uses cookies to recognise returning visitors. It does not tell us who you are.
• Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses.
• The data is kept for 2 months, then deleted automatically.
• You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by refusing statistics cookies (see Cookies).

Google AdSense (advertising)

To keep the map free we show ads through Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
• Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show you ads based on those visits.
• You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of other vendors' personalised-ads cookies at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
• If you refuse advertising cookies, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your browsing.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept:

• Statistics cookies (Google Analytics)
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense and its partners)

Nothing is set until you choose. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the map, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Other services the page loads

To show the map, text and ads, your browser downloads files directly from these services, which therefore see your IP address:

• OpenFreeMap: map images.
• Google: fonts, Google Analytics and AdSense ads.

Google may process data outside Thailand, including in the United States. Links to club websites, social media, ticket sellers and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the GDPR if you are in Europe, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. Analytics and advertising data is held by Google, and you can manage it through the links above.
